1. INTRODUCTION

TerrazzoLook is located at: www.terrazzolook.com, having the headquarters at Rua José Maria Veloso, 3750-156 Águeda. It is intended for the sale of new goods such as furniture and construction materials.

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, of TerrazzoLook products through the website www.terrazzolook.com

1.2 The website www.terrazzolook.com is managed by the owner.

1.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, it is understood by:

a) “TerrazzoLook” – The products sold on the website www.terrazzolook.com;

b) “User” – Any natural person, non-merchant, who places an order through the website www.terrazzolook.com;

1.4 The use of the website www.terrazzolook.com and the purchase of TerrazzoLook products presupposes knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.

2. REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE

2.1 To place an order, the User may register in advance by filling in the fields on the form on the website www.terrazzolook.com. It is also possible to place your order without prior registration. However, registration allows your data to be saved for future actions, as well as giving you access to your user history.

After completing your registration you have access to your personal account and can manage your settings, save your favorite items and track your orders.

2.2 From the moment the User accesses his/her personal account, he/she is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. THE PRODUCTS

3.1 The website www.terrazzolook.com is aimed at all users who wish to purchase TerrazzoLook products, non-commercially, from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3.2 Information on the characteristics of the products can be consulted at www.terrazzolook.com.

3.3 TerrazzoLook reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offer, prices, promotions and commercial conditions, presented on the website www.terrazzolook.com.

4. PLACING ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE

4.1 To order at www.terrazzolook.com, the User must have an e-mail account and that their browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow them to enjoy all the navigability conditions of the online store. Terrazzo Look.

4.1.1 The User may purchase products online, for which it is necessary that:

a) Find the product(s) you want to purchase;

b) Add the selected product(s) to the “Shopping Cart”;

c) Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated into TerrazzoLook's database under the terms set out in the Privacy Policy, including the "Delivery Address", "Billing Address", the "Payment Method" , telephone number and Tax Identification Number (NIF);

d) Review your order and confirm the order;

4.2 The User will receive an order confirmation email with details regarding the payment method selected. In the customer area you will be able to obtain all the details of your purchase.

4.3 Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.

4.4 By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described at www.terrazzolook.com, as well as the Privacy Policy.

4.5 TerrazzoLook reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:

a) The product is not available;

b) Payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.terrazzolook.com;

c) Payment is not confirmed;

d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable;

e) There is an error in the price quotation;

f) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.

5. PRICES

5.1 The prices of the products displayed on the website www.terrazzolook.com do not include Value Added (VAT) in accordance with article 53 of the CIVA.

5.2 Prices are all quoted in euros (€). Please note that changing the country of delivery may affect prices due to different shipping costs. Customs costs related to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.

5.3 The prices of the products presented on the website are subject to change. TerrazzoLook reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

5.4 If there is any error in the price of the ordered products, TerrazzoLook or the User may, until the order is shipped, cancel the order.

5.5 The total price specified at checkout includes taxes of the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs (where applicable).

5.6 The user must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.

5.7 If your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate applied for debiting your bank account will be automatically determined by the bank/paypal and not by TerrazzoLook.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

6.1 The User may pay for their purchases through the payment management entity Paypal and through Multibanco Reference (ATM), MBway and credit card.

6.2 TerrazzoLook does not accept any other payment method than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any means other than those specified in the specified payment methods. If you do, we cannot be held liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise therefrom.

7. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are quoted according to the destination and some characteristics of the order:

7.1 Shipments to Portugal have an associated cost, to be calculated according to the order, size, weight and quantity;

7.2 For Europe (except Portugal) and the rest of the World, all orders will have an associated shipping cost, which may require the payment of customs costs, according to the country of delivery.

8. DELIVERY

8.1 TerrazzoLook sends the product(s) ordered by the User, from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the User.

8.2 Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact by the carrier, being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

8.3 Delivery times in Portugal vary between 2– 15 working days depending on the item ordered. TerrazzoLook's ability to respond within these deadlines varies depending on stock availability, as well as during promotions, sales and Christmas periods.

8.4 TerrazzoLook will inform the User of the unavailability of the ordered product(s), as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.

8.5 In case the carrier is unavailable to deliver the products on the indicated date, the User will be contacted in order to indicate another delivery date.

8.6 At the time of delivery, the User must inspect the packaging for possible damage. If you find that the products are damaged, the User must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, via email terrazzolook@gmail.com and if he agrees, TerrazzoLook will exchange the order, at no cost to the User. If the User wishes to cancel the order, the full amount paid will be refunded, if it is found that the order has already left TerrazzoLook's facilities damaged.

8.7 If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to terrazzolook@gmail.com informing us of what happened. After this period, TerrazzoLook will not be responsible for the loss of the order.

8.8 Delivery is considered to be made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

9. RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION

9.1 The Customer must always send a complaint in writing, via email to terrazzolook@gmail.com

The written record must be fully detailed with:

• Product's name.

• Invoice number and shipping date.

• Exact name of the defective/missing product.

• Accurate defect description, including digital images.

• Number of defective/missing products.

• Suggestion on how to resolve the complaint.

• Photos of visible defects

9.2 Whenever possible, the Customer must present a sample of the claimed product or, at the very least, send a high quality digital photo. Otherwise, the Customer must provide an inspection of the product at the place of its application/storage, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

9.3 The costs of returning the order in the exercise of the right of free resolution are borne by the customer.

9.4 Once the returned product is received, TerrazzoLook will analyze and confirm the state of conservation of the order and, when applicable, will refund within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days the amounts paid by the User included in the order, through the same means used for payment. of the order.

9.5 If the returned items show signs of use, TerrazzoLook reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.

9.6 The User must note that, if the return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of an unmarked defect or non-compliance of the ordered products, TerrazzoLook will not reimburse the shipping costs. Therefore, TerrazzoLook will not reimburse the expenses related to the postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.

9.7 Please note that these conditions are only valid for orders placed in Portugal. If your order has been placed outside Portugal, please contact us via email at terrazzolook@gmail.com.

10. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

10.1 The User may cancel his order, as long as he requests it via email terrazzolook@gmail.com before payment of the award.

10.2 If the order has been received before the award, we will refund the amounts paid by the User included in the order, through the same means used to pay the order, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days.

10.3 If the order has been received after the award, TerrazzoLook reserves the right to retain the award to cover administrative and, eventually, production costs.

10.4 TerrazzoLook does not offer direct exchanges. The User may opt for a refund or a voucher to exchange his order for another item available on the website, at his own expense for the new shipment. Please note that orders placed with a voucher and later returned can only receive a new voucher as a refund.

10.5 Once we receive your email, we will contact you to resolve the issue by consensus.

11. QUALITY

TerrazzoLook sells new products with raw materials from various suppliers, such as compact marble, wood and iron.

Although TerrazzoLook tries to be as faithful as possible in the illustration of its products, the images may vary in color and texture depending on the monitors in question. 12. COMPLAINTS

TerrazzoLook truly cares about its customers' feedback. As such, any complaint/suggestion for improvement/need for support that you may need, let us know via email terrazzolook@gmail.com and we undertake to contact you within a maximum period of 5 working days after receiving the e-mail. mail.

13. WARRANTY AND AFTER SALES SERVICES

TerrazzoLook products benefit from the guarantee of compliance provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.

14.​ EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TerrazzoLook does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.terrazzolook.com or any of its features, and it may be suspended for maintenance, repair or updates.

TerrazzoLook will not assume any liability for any damages, arising, directly or indirectly, from situations of force majeure that prevent TerrazzoLook, in any way, from fulfilling its obligations, namely strikes, network failures electricity, telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays from suppliers or carriers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.

TerrazzoLook is not responsible for any abusive use of the User's access data to the website by third parties, as they are personal and non-transferable.

These Terms and Conditions and all emerging disputes that are related to them, including their validity, use of the website or any purchase on the same shall be governed by Portuguese Law.
